Refund and Returns Policy

At EASYMIX, we aim to deliver high-quality, natural food powders to our customers.
Since our products are food items, we follow strict return and replacement rules to ensure safety and hygiene.

⭐ 1. No Returns on Opened / Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been:

Opened

Used

Seal broken

Partially consumed

This rule is mandatory for all food products.

⭐ 2. Returns Accepted Only If:

We accept a return or replacement ONLY in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product delivered

You received a different product than what you ordered.

✔ Damaged product received

Product was damaged during shipping (with proof).

✔ Expired product received

Extremely rare, but if it happens, full replacement/refund is guaranteed.

⭐ 3. Return Request Window

You must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

After 48 hours, we cannot accept claims.

⭐ 4. Proof Required

To process the return, you must share:

Clear photos/videos of the product

Unopened packet

Outer packaging

Shipping label

This helps us verify the issue quickly.

⭐ 5. Refund or Replacement

After verification, you will get either:

✔ Replacement (Preferred)

or

✔ Refund

– Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days to your original payment method.

⭐ 6. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used items

Products without original packaging

Items damaged after delivery

Orders placed by mistake

Products purchased during discounts, offers, or sale events (unless damaged/wrong item)

⭐ 7. Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
